a process of letting go of anything that doesn’t belong to you.

I believe healing is an unbecoming.

In our work together, we’ll slow down and be curious about the patterns of protective strategies, the stories of wounded parts, and longing for connection that have shaped your internal world. I’m relational and direct, and I care deeply about creating a space where all parts of you feel safe enough to be seen and heard; invited to not just feel better, but more.

My work is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), where we gently explore the different parts of you and help them move out of the extreme roles they’ve had to take on. I also integrate somatic attachment work and DBT-informed skills to support emotional regulation, boundaries, and self-advocacy.

This work is not just professional for me, it’s personal. My own healing experience from a lifetime of navigating spaces that required me to abandon my Self by armoring up or making myself small, supporting my emotional sobriety with Al-Anon 12-step recovery, and years of teaching and working with the body, deeply informs how I show up in the room.
