How I can Support
I offer trauma-informed therapy in Nashville, Tennessee for adults navigating complex trauma, codependency, and relational wounds. Rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic attachment work.
This is a space to deepen insight and awareness into your thoughts, feelings, and physical symptoms so you might have more understanding and compassion for your Self. No part of you exists that wasn’t necessary for the survival of your system.
Individual Therapy
We can be our own healers. At certain points in our lives, we may need someone to help guide us and be our witness through our healing journey. Individual therapy is a space to slow down - to process, unlearn, develop understanding, and to find personal peace. It can be a powerful space to integrate, expand, and discover your true Self.

My approach is relational and direct, grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS). This evidence-based model can help you access and even love protective and wounded inner parts that have been forced from their valuable states into extreme roles. We’ll welcome the parts of you who are rarely given a voice, and are sometimes kept secret, to emerge and to tell their stories.
Over time, you can reconnect with your Self and move through the world with more clarity, compassion, confidence, and choice.

Trauma Intensives
Trauma intensives offer extended sessions for adults in Nashville seeking deeper, more focused trauma therapy and sustained healing work.
These are designed for individuals who feel ready to move through the work with more time, intention, and support than a traditional session allows. This format can be especially helpful for trauma processing, complex relational patterns, or when you’re feeling stuck and ready to create meaningful shifts.
Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic attachment, and the option to use EMDR, we’re able to stay with the work longer, allowing for deeper access, integration, and movement.
Intensives are thoughtfully structured to support you before, during, and after the process. If you already have a primary therapist, we can collaborate with your other providers to ensure your Trauma Intensive supports your ongoing treatment.
Relational Counseling
Relational counseling offers a space to explore patterns within important relationships in your life.
This may include couples, adult children and parents, siblings, or other important relational dynamics. Together, we’ll begin to understand how each person’s emotional dowry shows up in the relationship, and how those learned patterns impact communication, connection, and conflict.
This work helps create a safe space for deeper understanding, repair, and new ways of relating. Our work will be grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and attachment-based work, allowing us to hold both the individual’s systems and the relational system with compassion and clarity.
